Working side by side with our certified Technician Development Team Leader you can learn to do oil changes, and light maintenance services for brakes and tires. From there we will continue to develop interested candidates perform more advanced repairs and diagnosis for suspension, squeaks and rattles or used car reconditioning.Â
Or, maybe, you have started as an "apprentice technician" but no one has provided you the training and direction needed to make a real pay check.
Picture yourself working under the hood in real auto bays inside our fully-equipped shops with computerized diagnostic equipment and specialty tools. You'll learn how to take apart and reassemble gasoline engines; diagnose no-start/fuel problems; work with brake lines, transmissions, transaxles, and much more.

We are seeking technicians of all levels of experience and backgrounds who are driven and want to further their career. We now offer a technician training program where a lower experience or no experience apprentice works with a highly skilled technician exclusively before they join a team! Our focus is within the former Dorschel Automotive Group manufacturers-Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Lexus, Toyota, VW, Nissan, Infiniti, MINI and Kia.
